We have avoided council meeting nights, where our notes identify them, but can adjust the selected date if it conflicts as there must be a quorum for the r�eeting to be officially held. Chapter 434, Laws of 1977, allows for boards of review to be held in April for the first time in 1978. We have scheduled some areas in April , where we believe that the records can be submitted early enough so that we can complete our work and get the notices mailed as required. Please confirm the above date or call Bob Martin, at 348-3046, with your requested alternate date by December 28, 1977, at which time our printing order will be finalized. Unless you prefer a different time, we will set the meeting at 7:30 p.m. Would you please complete and return the attached tear off strip.
