I told him that I preferred a color change, that this fence is to noticeable. Nothing was approved as it is installed today. Mr. �mmings: Our intent was to screen the marina. We discussed this at your last meeting. The fencing was already delivered on the site at that tir.le. We proceeded in good faith. Councilmember Psassengale to Alan Olson: [aas the fence delivered before he talked to you? Alan Olson: I am not sure.
