Agreement No. PW 74-08-87 <br />County Project No. 8024 <br />County State Aid Highway No. 15 <br />City of Orono <br />County of Hennepin <br />CONSTRUCTION COOPERATIVE AGREEMENT <br />AGREEMENT, Made and entered into this day of <br />, 19 , by <br />and between the County of Hennepin, a body politic and corporate under the laws of the <br />State of Minnesota, hereinafter referred to as the "County" and the City of Orono, a <br />body politic and corporate under the laws of the State of ►' nnesota, hereinafter <br />referred to as the "City". <br />WITNESSETH: <br />WHEREAS, The County and the City have been negotiating to bring about the <br />improvement of that portion of County State Aid Highway No. 15 between County State <br />Aid Highway No. 110 and County State Aid Highway No. 19 (Engineer's Stations LGA 0+37 <br />to LGA 155+75) as shown on the County Engineer's plans for County Project No. 8024, <br />which improvement contemplates and includes grading, concrete curb and gutter, <br />drainage, watermain, bituminous surfacing, ..affic signal systems, conduit system, <br />lighting, Bridge No. 27560 and other related improvements; and <br />WHEREAS, The above described project lies within the corporate limits of the <br />City, and <br />WHEREAS, The County Engineer has heretofore prepared an engineer's estimate of <br />quantities and unit prices of material and labor for the above described project and <br />an estimate of the total cost for contract work in the sum of Four Million Five <br />Hundred Thirty Four Thousand Eight Hundred Twenty Seven Dollars and Thirty Five Cents <br />($4,534,827.35). A copy of said estimate (marked Exhibit "A") is attached hereto and <br />by this reference made a part hereif, and <br />
