Provide outlets <br />on all counter tops. <br />o) Plumbing: provide proper vent for sink and provide gas shut <br />off for gas cooking stove within kitchen area. This shut off <br />must be accessible. <br />LAUNDRY FACILTIES <br />p) Provide adequate space for lailndry room. <br />q) Provide adequate electrical service to washer and dryer <br />remove extention cords. <br />r) Provide adequate drain for washer. <br />s) Provide back -flow preventor on hose line to washer. <br />DINING ROOM <br />t) Windows: sills must be removed if rotten - provide pain!. <br />u) Lighting: provide light with switch. <br />v) Receptacles: provide outlets maximum 6' apart. <br />w) Walls 6 reilings: provide paint. <br />LIVING ROOM <br />x) Ceiling: provide paint. <br />y) Windows: sills must he removed and replaced if rotten - <br />paint. <br />}'age 6 Of 8 <br />
