Once the City and <br />the Art Center have had an opportunity to review this layout on <br />site, steps will proceed to finalize the agreement. attached is <br />a draft agreement of the settlement subject to some revisions <br />already noted to the Attorneys. <br />COMPREhRNSIVE PLAN_#2 - The staff will meet on January 22, 1988 <br />with rep-esentatives from the Metropolitan Council and the Metro <br />Waste Control Commission. The focus of the discussion is <br />anticipe.ted flows and capacity demands for Metro Waste to <br />accomodate the plan amendment increases. <br />3405 SHOR_ELI_NE - This abandoned garage has been slated for <br />inspect`.on by the owner, his contractor and the Building <br />Inspector for Monday, January 25, 1988. <br />BOARD OF REVIEWDATE - The County has firmed up the :late for the <br />Board of Reivew_for-Wednesday,_April_27,_1988 at 7:00_P_M. <br />DEER HUNT - The City issued 8 permits for bow and arrow hunting <br />in the fal l of 1987. Of the 3 reports received back so far 1 <br />deer was taken by the permitees. We are awaiting reports from <br />the other 5. This is in addition to the 50 taken in Baker Park <br />(both Med,na and Orono) in Novemter. <br />ADMINISTRATOR'S VACATION: - Presently I am planning to '3ke <br />vacation from March 4t-h through Parch 14, 1988 and will be out of <br />town during that time. John Gerhardson will be the Acting <br />Administrator during my absence. <br />PLANNING COMMISSION/JANUARY MEETING - Due to impending inclement <br />weather, the January 19th meeting was rescheduled to Wednesday, <br />January 27th. Staff regrets any inconveniences this may have <br />caused. <br />
