Stairways - too narrow and too steep. Tread width is less than <br />allowed in UBC 3306 (b)(c). <br />10. Sills - weathered. <br />11. Windows - frames and sills rotten on basement windows. <br />12. Roof - back (,f house (south side) tab type asphalt shingles used <br />but not approved because of minimum slope requirement. Needs new roof <br />because of damage. <br />13. Chimney - tipped over. It appears that joints were <br />deteriorating. <br />14. Soffits - deteriorating and falling off. <br />15. Accessory buildings - wood deck is rotten and decking is not <br />proper thickness or tested wood. <br />16. General site - appliance sitting on east side of building. <br />17. Miscellaneous - exterior stair has rotten treads. <br />PLUMBING <br />18. Water piping - exposed and frozen. Water was shut off by City <br />because of broken piping in wall, etc. <br />19. Gas piping - improper gas piping to furnace and water heater. <br />Improper gas connection to kitchen stove per MN State Mechanical Code <br />Section 1345.2460 and 1345.2470. <br />20. Waste and vents - S trap is provided on kitchen sink and not <br />permitted per State Plumbing Code 4715.2420. <br />21. Water heater - improper jas connection. Flue is corroded. <br />22. Sinks - kitchen sink has a S trap which is unacceptable per State <br />Plumbing Code 4715.2420. <br />23. Bathtub - faucets in tub are below the rim line of tub. <br />24. Heating facilities - furnace flue is corr-)ded and should be <br />replaced per State Mechanical Code 1345.0450. <br />Page 2 of 5 <br />
