Stairway to basement has improper headroom and no guard <br />rail. <br />13. Drum traps are used in the plumbing waste piping - these <br />are prohibited. <br />14. Gas shut off valves to water heater are broken. <br />15. Return air to furnace is taken from crawl space dirt <br />area causing dust contamination of air throughout building. <br />16. Outlet covers missing - livingroom/bedroom. <br />17. Water softner is connected into an octopuL plug. These <br />plugs are not approved for i.armanent wiring. <br />18. Wiring on well head exposed and not properly wired. <br />19. Roof leaks - improper flashing. <br />20. Caps missing from inspection pipes on septic tanks. <br />21. Accessory building garage is filled with debris and in a <br />state of deterioration - roof and walls unprotected from <br />weather - structurally unsafe. <br />22. Junk cars and debris stored in yard area. <br />The above items are considered hazardous to the public's health, <br />safety, and welfare. <br />Therefore, on January 11, 1988, the City Council will act on the <br />above subject matter at the City Council meeting and consider <br />whether your dwelling unit and garage are hazardous.
