'"-ese repairs are as follows: <br />1. Smoke Detector required in hallways outside bedrooms and <br />one in basement at bottom of stairs. <br />2. Walls - Foundation in basement around furnace do not <br />exist. This could slide down into furnace and create major <br />structural and health/safety hazards. <br />3. Cei.ing in bedroom has water damage and is about to fall. <br />4. Water has puddled around ceiling light fixtures possibly <br />creating a fire hazard. <br />5. Built in stove wiring has been tampered with, listing has <br />been voided - and you have created a possible fire damage. <br />6. Kitchen floor finish has worn through and wood is <br />starting to deteriorate. <br />7. Fireplace and chimney is not supported property in <br />basement. <br />8. Fireplace mortar has deteriorate' from the joints in the <br />fire box - damper does not work. <br />9.
