City of ORONO <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />NO. <br />B) The structure will be screened by topography and natural <br />plantings from the surrounding adjacent residential area. <br />C) The accessory structure will be located approximately 130 <br />feet from the club house, thereby satisfying the required 10 feet <br />separation setback for all structures. <br />D) The City has received no negative comments from any of the <br />surrounding neighborE notified with this application. <br />4. The City Council has considered this application including the <br />findings and recommendations of the Planning Commission, reports by <br />staff and comments of the applicant and th- ffect of the proposed use <br />on the health, safety and welfare of the community. <br />5. The City Council f inds that granting a Condi ':iona 1 Use Permit to <br />allow the installation of an accessory structure at the municipal golf <br />course property as proposed will not Le detrimental to the health, <br />safety or general welfare of the public, would no adversely affect <br />light, air nor pose a fire hazard or other danger to neighboring <br />properties, nor will it depreciate surrounding property values and <br />that the proposed level of %•se of the property will be in keeping with <br />the intent and objectives cf the Zoning Code and Comprehensive Plan of <br />the City. <br />CONCLUSIONS, ORDER AND CONDITIONS <br />Based upo.i one or more of the above findings, the Orono City <br />Council hereby 9.-3nts a Conditional Use Permit per Municipal Zoning Code <br />Section 10.20, Subdivision 3 (C) to permit the permanent installation of an <br />864 s.f. accessory structure at the Orono Golf Course, subject to the <br />condition that the undersigned representative of the City has read, <br />understood and hereby agrees to the terms of this resolution and on behalf <br />of the City, its successors and assigns, and hereby agrees to the recording <br />of this resolution in the chain of title of the property. <br />Adopted by the Orono City Council on this l lth day of January, <br />1988. <br />ATTEST: <br />Dorothy M.
