The structure is <br />864 s.f. in area satisfying the 1,000 s.f. area allowance for accessory <br />structures in residential zones. It will be located well beyond the <br />required 50' setback from all lot lines. The structure will be screened by <br />topography and nature plantings from the surrounding adjacent residential <br />lots. Review Exhibit G, the accessory structure will be located 130' from <br />the club house, thereby satisfying the required 10' separation setback for <br />all structures. The circled structure on the site will be removed at the <br />time the replacement structure is installed. The City has received no <br />negative comments from any of the surrounding neigh) -ors notified with this <br />application. <br />Planning Commission Recos ndation - <br />To recommend approval of the conditional use permit for the City of <br />Orono to permit the installation of an 864 s.f. accessory structure for <br />equipment storage purposes at the Orono Golf Course. <br />The attached resolution has peen drafted per Planning Commission <br />recommendation. <br />
