AGENDA ITEM <br />Date: August 11, 2025 <br />Title: LA24-000069, 2300 6th Avenue N, Green Haven Farm, Final Plat - <br />Resolution 7604 <br />Presenter: Melanie Curtis, Planner <br />Section: Consent Agenda <br />Item: 13 <br />Purpose: <br />The applicant has completed the requirements outlined in Preliminary Plat Approval Resolution <br />7542 (File #LA24-000040), submitted the required documents and information, and paid the <br />required fees. They request final plat approval for Green Haven Farm. <br />2. Background: <br />The applicant is proposing a 2-lot subdivision of the property at 2300 6th Avenue North to create <br />one additional buildable lot. The proposed access to both lots will be a shared driveway over the <br />existing access on 6th Avenue North. The existing home will remain on proposed Lot 2. A new <br />home is proposed on Lot 1; the existing oversized barn is proposed to remain, and the shed will be <br />removed. <br />On December 9, 2024, the City Council approved Resolution 7542 (Exhibit C), approving the 2- <br />lot subdivision at 2300 6th Avenue North to be named Green Haven Farm. <br />3. Staff Recommendation: <br />The applicant has provided all of the necessary information and documentation to fulfill the final <br />plat application requirements. Staff recommends approval as applied. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED <br />Council should make a motion approving the final plat of Green Haven Farm and authorize the Mayor <br />to sign the mylars. <br />Exhibits <br />A.
