5 <br />Issue #2 - Attachment A contains a schedule for the day. Because <br />of pre'^ous commitments this writer will not be able to attend <br />this meeting, however, other staff members may be able to attend <br />it least selected sessions. <br />Issue #3 - Following this review the cities will have until <br />April, T990 to make their comments regarding the various dr2ifts. <br />At that time the LMCD will have a final public hearing and from <br />there develop the final draft for submission to Metropolitan <br />Council. The current understanding is that following submission <br />to MetropolitanCouncil the City will have an additional review <br />and comment period to Metropolitan Council regarding this <br />Comprehensive Plan. <br />ALTERNATIVES <br />1. Comment on the issues outlined or other issues related to <br />these drafts. <br />2. Table for further discussion until after the initial December <br />2nd review meeting. <br />RECOMMENDATION - It is recommended that following any comments <br />that Council accept the information regarding the drafts and <br />request response to the issues raised in the drafts by the City's <br />LMCD Representative as a follow up to the December 2 meeting. <br />PROPOSED MOTION - Moved by _, seconded by _, that the Council <br />having made comments directs its LMCD Representative to work <br />resolving the issues and subsequently giving responses as to <br />which concerns can be addressed and which are otherwise <br />appropriatexy handled.
