He asked whether that held true <br />for 5 acre lots. <br />Gaff ron interpreted the Code to say that 5 acre lots must <br />have a minimum of 2 acre, dry, contiguous, buildable land not <br />locateu within any right-of-way, or other easements. He sa:' <br />that the Code does not specify whethe- �.he additional 3 acres <br />are required to be contiguous. <br />Chairman Kelley suggested that the Partens plit together a <br />PRD and a lot size variance application. <br />There were no further comments from the public regarding <br />this matter and the public hearing was continued. <br />It was moved by Chairman Kelley, seconded by Planning <br />Commissioner Johnson, to table thi-. zpplicatior.
