A RESOLUTION APPROVING A <br />METES AND BOUNDS SUBDIVISION OF <br />A LOT LINE REARRANGEMENT FOR <br />PROPERTIES LOCATED AT 1135 AND 1155 HERITAGE LANE <br />FILE NO. 1413 <br />WHEREAS, the City of Orono is a municipal corporation <br />organized and existing under the laws of the State of Minnesota; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Orono <br />(hereinafter "City Council") has adopted subdivision regulations <br />for the orderly, economic and safe development of land within the <br />City; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the <br />application for a subdivision of a lot line rearrangement by <br />Daniel A. Hoffman, and Jorgen Viltoft (hereinafter "the <br />subdividers") of properties legally described as follows: <br />Lot 1 and Lot 2, Block 3, Foxhill, Hennepin County, <br />Minnesota (hereinafter "the property"), and <br />WHEREAS, the subdivider has completed all requirements of <br />the City for metes and bounds subdivision for division and combinati, <br />purposes. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Concil of <br />the City of Orono hereby approves the metes and bounds division <br />of a lot line rearrangement for Daniel A. Hoffman and Jorgen <br />Viltoft as shown on the Certificate of Survey by Paul A. Johnson <br />of McCombs, Frank, Roos Associates, Inc. dated May 15, 1989, <br />revised June 29, 1989 and attached to this resolution, subject to <br />the following conditions: <br />Page 1 of 3 <br />
