'�ci Commission recommended unanimous approval of <br />the proposea subdivision of a lot line rearrangement and vacation <br />of the utility easement 20' in length at the northeast corner of <br />Lot 2 (refer to Exhibit F for location of that easement). The <br />applicant has rededicated drainage and utility easements for the <br />115' of the new division line. <br />The enclosed resolution has been drafted per the Planning <br />Commission's approval recommendation and includes the following <br />conditions: <br />1. The legal combination of parcels A and B. <br />2. Owner of Lot 2, Block 3, Foxhill as amended by this <br />subdivision is hereby advised of the need to protect the <br />septic test site area to the north of the existing residence <br />and to protect the area from the use of heavy equipment. <br />3. Applicants to deed drainage and utility easements along <br />portion of new shared lot line for a distance of 115.15'. <br />
