16.TERM EXTENSION/RENEWAL. The Landlord grants unto the <br />Tenant the option of extending this lease for two (2) <br />successive Fifteen (15) year periods, upon the stated rental <br />conditions as are included in this lease agreement. In the <br />event Tenant desires to extend the rental period for a first <br />Fifteen (15) year period, commencing on October 1, 1999, and <br />terminating on 30 September 2014, each party shall notify <br />each other prior to August 1, 1999, of the lease status and <br />pending expiration by registered and/or certified mail. If . <br />the first option period is thus exercised by Tenant, the <br />rental figure of _ shall be paid in advance by <br />October 1, 1999, by Tenant to Landlord. In the event Tenant <br />exercises the first Fifteen (15) year option, as provided <br />herein -above, it shall then have the option to renew this <br />lease for an additional Fifteeen (15) year period, commencing <br />on October 1, 2014, and terminating on September 30, 2029. <br />In the event it desires to exercise said extension, it shall <br />give Landlord written notice thereof by registered and/or <br />certified mail prior to August 1, 2014, and pey to Landlord <br />the rental of for the second Fifteen (15) year <br />period October 1, 2014 to 30 September 2029. In the event no <br />notice is given each other prior to August 1, 2014 then all <br />rights hereunder shall cease on October 1, 2014 except as to <br />the'following paragraph /17. <br />Page 9 of 10 <br />
