Orono Liquor Ordinances Chapter 4 - Liquor
Dear Mr. Albrecht,
Thank you very much for giving Jeanne Mabusth and myself the
opportunity to tour the facility and discuss the objectives you
are trying to achieve in obtaining a license for "The Barn".
Presently you have a liquor license for the main club which is
located in the City of Wayzata, however, have nothing to allow
for liquor service at "The Barn". Enclosed please find a Club
liquor -license application to commence the licensing procedure.
While the Club would be responsible for all items governed by
the ordinance the following may be of particular note in your
application for a license.
1. Len th of License (Section 4.02 Subd. 4D) - The
City's license year runs from 1 January to 31 December.
As noted the license would be prorated for the balance
of the period.
2. Resident Manager or Agent (Section 4.02 Subd 7) -
All On sale licensees ace required to have an individual
who does live in the City who may be contacted.
3. Impact on Other Licenses (Section 4.02 Subd 8) - As
is true of liquor ordinances in many cities, a violation
of provisions of one city's ordinance may have a
negative impact on your ability to get a license in
another community.
4. Delinquent Assessments (Secti(-, 4.04) - To the
extent that are any outstanding delinquencies this would
be a basis for license denial.
BUILDING R ZONING - 473-7357 • ADMINISTRATION A FINANCE - 473.7358 • PUBLIC WORKS - 473-7359
ASSESSING
