MINUTES OF THE ORONO COUNCIL MEETING OF SEPTEMBER 25, 1989 <br />MISCELLANEOUS INFORMATION <br />City Administrator Bernhardson noted that there will be 3 <br />Councilmembers out of town for the October 9th Meeting. <br />Bernhardson �, that there are 5 or 6 Planning Commission <br />applications scheduled for review at that meeting and that the <br />applicants were hoping to begin building yet this year. <br />Alternative dates for the October 9 Meeting were discussed. <br />Acting Mayor Callahan questioned whether having the Meeting, on <br />October 21;3 would allow enough time to properly notify those <br />involvad with the Plann: Commission applications. <br />It was determined that the meeting would be cancelled <br />entirely and that the items scheduled for tr-- October 9th Meeting <br />would be rescheduled for October '13rd. <br />CITY ATTORNEYS REPORT: <br />City Attorney Barrett indicated that he had no report and <br />requested an executive session. <br />LICENSES= <br />There were no licenses. <br />BILLS* <br />It was moved by Councilmember Goetten, seconded by <br />Councilre,nber. Peterson, to approve payment of the All Funds <br />Acccunts. Motion, Ayes=4, Nays=O, Motion passed. <br />EXECUTIVE SESSION - 9:20 P.M. <br />City Administrator Bernhardson requested that the Council go <br />into an executiv, session at 9:20 p.m. <br />ADJOURNMENT 9:35 P.M_ <br />it was moved by Councilmewber Nettles, seconded by <br />Couri-ilmember Peterson, to adjourn the Regular Council Meeting at <br />9:35 p.m. Motion, Ayes=4, Nays=O, Motion passed. <br />ATTEST: <br />Dorothy M.
