Determine if the Council has interest in Christmas <br />decoration on the street lights in the Navarre area a- a <br />jc=nt project with Spring Park and Mound. <br />2. Determine, if allowed to be placed on the poles, what <br />funding source would be appropr;-te. <br />3. Determine who would put up and take ]own, store, and pay for <br />electrical and on -gong replacement cos"_-s. <br />Introduction - <br />Attachment A was sent to determine what lovel of interest <br />the City had participating with the project. A question remains as to ..ha :his does this do to <br />pole appearance, particularly ring the off-season. (It shoul(: <br />be noted that the decorations 1 -o-,�d do not include the cross <br />over decorations shown in thtgram ) As you will note, part <br />of the decorations are banr )n the back side. Such banner <br />attachments could be used f.. alternative banners in the non - <br />holiday season for other community or decorative purposes. <br />
