It is predicated on the <br />installation and removal being done by private parties or <br />volunteers at no expense to the City. The City will bear the <br />cost of the additional electricity. Storage would be required to <br />be done privately. <br />Proposed Motion - Moved ny econded by , the Council <br />their willingness to participate by funding up to one- <br />half of the cost. Tne City additionally agrees to pay electrical <br />costs provided that they are installated, removed and storP,4 <br />privately.
