The City Engineer has reviewed the property and has <br />determined that any increase in run-off to neighboring <br />properties to the south caused by develonrpent of the <br />property, will be mitigated by drainage imp)-., jLments being <br />congtruc•_.ed as a result of the Wayzata Country Club <br />suodivision to t1 .• immed:'ate west; and <br />WHEREAS, t-.j e app'!icants have agreed with Wayzata <br />Country Club to pla- he two subdivisions -*ointly. <br />NOW, THERL;Fr)F:R HE IT RESOLVED, that based upon one or <br />more of the findings n•:ted above, the City Council of the City of <br />Orono hereby approves the preliminary plat for Leopold and Helen <br />Hauser at 475 Ferndale Road North per the survey by Mark S. <br />Gronberg of Coffin and Gronberg, Inc. dated April 19, 1989, as <br />revised by applicants and staff and the su-- by to Jamethe R. Hill, <br />Inc. (copies attached as Exhibit A), aS <br />conditions: <br />1.
