Applicant is in the process of upgrading his pre-existing <br />residence on this 1.22 acre parcel (excluding roadways). <br />During the remodeling, applicant tore off the existing <br />10'x16' porch. When applicant applied for a permit to <br />rebuild that porch, making it approximately 141x16' in <br />dimension, he was advised that it would require a front <br />setback variance.
