This <br />is a triangular shaped lot and the house is located near the west <br />corner, not meeting 100' front setback and 50' side setback <br />requirements. <br />At their October 16th meeting, Planning Commission <br />recommended on a vote of 7-0 to approve the requested front and <br />side setback variances for the proposed construction. Planning <br />Commission conditioned their rec:onmendation for approval on the <br />open deck portion of the construction remaining open unless a <br />future variance is granted. <br />Staff Recommendation - <br />Staff recommends approval per the Planning Commission <br />recommendation. A resolution for approval is attached for <br />Council review. <br />
