The applicant was unable to suggest where existing <br />hardcover could suitably be removed. Staff would still recommend <br />approval, but, in deference to the Planning Commission <br />recommendation, no resolution has been drafted. <br />Council's options are as follows: <br />1. Approve as requested. <br />2. Approve conditioned on some degree of hardcover removal. <br />3. Deny. <br />4. Other. <br />A resolution reflecting Council's final action will be <br />drafted for your next meeting. <br />
