Appli ant is proposing to move the west wall of the house <br />out 8,, gen( ly covering the area of the existing deck and <br />she `*.;ch, ) the house. This eldition will be located <br />1( m t . normal shoreline, with the proposed stairway <br />ai tely 99' from th, shoreline. <br />2. The -P-oposed addition and stairway will encroach <br />approximately 8' past the average lakeshore setback line. <br />3. Hardcover in the 0-75' setba zone currently consists of a <br />concrete stairway, a gravel ,;athway, a Small 36 s.f. shed <br />and two portions of retaining wall, amounting to 12.2%. <br />Applicant has no plans to revise this hardcover. The gravel <br />pathway and concrete steps are necessary to gain access to <br />the lakeshore, which is 30' vertically lower han the ground <br />elevation at the house. <br />4. In the 75-250' zone, exist__. '•ardcover is 34.76% which <br />includes the house, detached age, and blacktop driveway <br />areas, walks and retainii, ..11s. In the area of the <br />proposed construction, th,:. _, will be a net hardcover <br />reduction of 30 s.f. or 0.25%; 75-250' hardcover reduces <br />fzom 34.76% to 34.51%. A significant portion of the <br />hardcover is in blacktop driveway areas. <br />
