N] <br />City of ORONO <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />NO. <br />A RESOLUTION PROVIDING FOR <br />THE COLLECTION OF DELINQUENT <br />1989 DEVELOPER FEES AND ALARM USER FEES <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Orono, <br />Minnesota has enacted certain ordinances under the Minnesota <br />Statutes, therefore pursuant to Chapter 1, Orono City Code <br />pertaining to payment of fees and additional costs and <br />collection, and pursuant to Chapter 9, Orono City Code as amended <br />pertaininc, to payment and collection of Alarm User Fees, the <br />Attached lis': of properties are delinquent in nature. <br />1. WHEREAS, the City has obtained from Hennepin County <br />Auditor Levy Number 21555 for the delinquent Developer <br />and Alarm User Fees. <br />2. That the Hennepin County Auditor be and he is hereby <br />author=. zed and directed to extend upon proper tax lists <br />of the County and fuLther collect said assessments <br />thereon in the manner provided by law. <br />3. That ten percent (10%) be added to the amounts Jue <br />effective October 1, 1989. <br />Adopted by the City Council of the City of Orono, <br />Minnesota at a special meeting held September 27, 1989. <br />Edward J.
