Remaining concrete wall face and concrete pier footings shall ba <br />screened with paint, vines or other suitable materials. <br />2. City Engineer to review structural stability of remaining <br />foundation wall. <br />3. Applicant is advised that future enclosure of the open deck area <br />or the space below it, will not be allowed. <br />A resolution for approval will be presented to the Council for <br />adoption as a "Consent Agenda" item at the regular meeting of September 25, , <br />1989. Applicant need not be present. A copy of the resolution will be <br />forwarded to applicant prior to that meeting. <br />If you desire certified copies of the official Council minutes, they <br />are available from the City Recorder or City Clerk after review and <br />approval by the City Council. <br />
