Decision as to whether the test well should be drill-(' on <br />Highway 12. <br />2. If so, who is awarded the bid. <br />INTRODUCTION - This item was tabled pending resolution of funding <br />of an interim production well which will ultimately be used by <br />the Otten development. This interim well will be available to <br />provide service to the area north of 12 between Willow and Brown <br />until the City well is operational. <br />ALTERNATIVES <br />1. Award to Key Well. <br />2. Reje;t all bids. <br />3. Takr no action. <br />RECOMMENDATION - It is recommended the bid be awarded to Key Well <br />as lowest responsible bidder. <br />PROPOSED MOTION - Moved by _, seconded by _, to award the bid <br />to Key Well as the lowest responsible bidder.
