The proposed garage will eliminate the need for outside storage as we <br />would include basement space under the garage. We have been able to <br />rent an existing garage across the road from out home for storage: <br />however, due to its dilapidated condition (see photos) the owner of <br />that garage will be removing it in the spring/summer next year. <br />The existing parking area is blacktopped and serves a regular parking <br />for our visiting family and friends. We have six children and elderly <br />parents who visit on a frequent basis and this parking area permits us <br />to provide off-street parking. The existing street is a very narrow <br />road and does not permit any on -street parking. <br />Huch of the existing hardcover has been on the property for many <br />years (including the sidewalk. steps and retaining walls which extend <br />into the 0-75 feet ?one). We have looked at all of the existing <br />hardcover to determine whether we could remove some: however. any <br />part that might be removed would be insignificant in percentage or <br />would create parking problems ;parking area). <br />If we can provide any additional information please advise. <br />Very truly yours. <br />Li <br />George'R.
