The Blooms have submitted a <br />revised proposal holding total hardcover at 38.6%. The proposed <br />attached garage has been reduced in size from 241x30' to 221x30' <br />for an increase of 660 s.f. of new structural hardcover. The <br />Blooms propose the removal of 645 s.f. of existing hardcover <br />resulting in the following reductions in the specific setback <br />areas: <br />Existing Proposed <br />0-75' 1,094 s.f. or 10.8% 1,047 s.f. or 10.4% <br />75-250' 18,800 s.f. 5,240 s.f. or 27.91% 5,309 s.f. or 28.2% <br />Total Hardcover on Property = 38.6% <br />Applicants have maintained total hardcover at existing <br />percentage. <br />The amended plan is consistent with the Planning <br />Commission's conditional approval. The enclosed resolution has <br />been drafted per the Planning Commission's recommendation. <br />
