Surveyed locations of all pert test and boring holes shall be <br />added to the preliminary plat drawings prior to preliminary plat <br />review by the City Council. Staff to verify that the tested sites <br />have been revised and shown correctly for future reference. <br />2. Both driveways shall be re -defined per staff sketch to avoid <br />septic sites. <br />3. Building envelopes that protect the established septic sites shall <br />he shown on the preliminary plat drawings for future reference. <br />4.
