Items 1 thru 4 must be completed and a revised preliminary plat <br />submitted for staff review prior to this item being scheduled for Council <br />review. <br />Applicant's next scheduled meeting is dependent upon receipt of this <br />additional information. Deadline for the September 14th meeting is <br />September 4th, or September 18th for the September 28th meeting. <br />In all cases, the application must be continued with the submittal of <br />requested information within 90 days or the City will consider the <br />application as formally withdrawn. <br />If the applicant has trouble obtaining additional information, please <br />contact the Zoning Department (473-7357). <br />If you desire certified copies of the official Planning Commission <br />minutes, they are available from the City Recorder after review and <br />approval by the Planning r-+mmission. <br />
