Note: this proposed subdivision received <br />previous Planning Commission and Council approval in 1987 <br />but was never filed due to the previous applicant's failure <br />to pay the required fees. Proposed Lot 2 <br />will be served by a separate driveway from Leaf Street, also <br />placed to avoid the drainfield sit s. Note that a share. <br />driveway situation would require a 'airly long easement <br />through either one of the properties. Sight distance is <br />adequate at both locations, hence access safety is not a <br />concern. This plat was previously approved with these <br />separate accesses. <br />
