ALTERNATIVES - <br />1. Choose to take no action. <br />2. Agree with full construction to County Road Six <br />3. Request the construction of 116 all the way to Highway 12. <br />4. Get an agreement that if it goes to 12 the County will not <br />undertake any projects south of 12. <br />5. Table for further discussion. <br />RECOMMENDATION - It is recommended that the City of Orono would <br />be financially best off that if the County does go ahead and <br />construct 116 in Medina by having the County take it over to <br />Sighway 12, but that the County execute an agreement that they <br />make no effort to undertake any project for 116 south of Highway <br />12. <br />PitOPOSED MOTION - Moved by _, seconded by _, that the Council <br />direct staff to minimize the impact of 116 should it be <br />undertaken.
