Zoning File #1441 <br />September 21, 1989 <br />Page 4 <br />Additional Ccmments and Planning Commission Reccmmeendation - <br />The P Inning Commission unanimously voted to approve the <br />average 1 shore setback variance for approximately 1-1h' but <br />denied the iardcover variance within the 75-250' setback area of. <br />1.2% asking that the applicant maintain hardcover at 25%. <br />Planning -ommission recc..-nmei.ded that applicant consider removal <br />of portic.i►s of bituminous drive area. <br />The applicant was concerned with the Planning Commission's <br />request that applicant remove! existing paving within the driveway <br />Brea n,.. ng that the width of the driveway was minimal at 10-11' <br />..n width_ The concrete paved area was surrounded by retaining <br />,:Palls and would create a major impact on the property if concrete <br />vas to be removed. In addition, Copley noted that this was a <br />necessary area to provide turn -around for vehicles exiting the <br />site. <br />The inclosed resolution has been drafted per the Planning <br />Commission's recommendation. The resolution can be amended if <br />Council wishes to amend the Plennino -ommission's action. <br />
