In addition, Copley noted that this was a <br />necessary area to provide turn -around for vehicles exiting the <br />site. <br />The inclosed resolution has been drafted per the Planning <br />Commission's recommendation. The resolution can be amended if <br />Council wishes to amend the Plennino -ommission's action. <br />
