Zoning File 01174 <br />September 22, 1987 <br />Page 2 of 2 <br />Planning Commission Recommendation - <br />Planning Commission on 8-17-87 vcted 4-2 to recr.nmend approval <br />subject to minor revisions of the interior lot line location to <br />give Lot 1 a more useable building envelope, and subject to <br />showing additional driveway, septic, and setback detail on the <br />preliminary plat drawing, all of which ha-e been completed. The <br />minority Planning Commission opinion was that the lot <br />configuration and topography would create too many problems for <br />these 'flag' lots. <br />Staff Recommendation - <br />Staf£ finds that all conditions and concerns for preliminary plat <br />approval have been satisfactorily addressed. Each lot appears to <br />be quite suitable for development of an unsewered residence. <br />Staff recommends approval per the attached Resolution of <br />Preliminary Plat Approval. <br />
