Clifford Otten <br />S.P. 2713-61 (TH 12) <br />Dear Ms. Mabusth: <br />We receives your request regarding review of the above referenced <br />subdivision application. Currently, Mn/DOT is preparing preliminary <br />layouts for improving TH 12 along Clifford Otten's property. Oitr proposal <br />is to widen TH 12 to the north. This widening will require the taking of <br />some of that property. The amount is not yet determined. In addition. we <br />are proposing to purchase the control of access along the north side of TH <br />12. Therefore, we will not permit the ac:.ess to be built from Clifford <br />Otten's property to TH 12 as shown on the site plan. <br />Thank you for allowing us to comment on this subdivision application.
