Motorized vehicles <br />prohibited on sidewalks and <br />trails. <br />It is unlawful for any person to drive or <br />operate a motorized vehicle on any public sidewalk <br />or public property designated for use as a <br />pedestrian walkway or bicycle trail, except when <br />crossing for ingress and egress to private property <br />lying on the other side and for the purpose of <br />snow removal. <br />(Code 1984, § 6.14; Code 2003, § 66-4) <br />Sec. 5.32.050. Truck routes. <br />(a) Generally. It is unlawful for any person to <br />drive a tractor, agricultural implement, truck <br />over 9,000 pounds gross vehicle weight, truck - <br />trailer, tractor -trailer or truck -tractor in through <br />traffic upon any street except those which have <br />been designated and signposted as truck routes <br />or are state, county or improved municipal state <br />aid streets.
