The plan proposed by Johnson includes items which require <br /> extensive analysis and review as we11 as permits from many <br /> agencies, none of which could reasonably be completed prior <br /> to the 1979 boating season. <br /> 1. The docks shown extend beyond the LMCD 200 ft, maximum <br /> extension for existing multiple docks and well beyond the <br /> LMCD 100 ft. maximum extension for new multiple docks. <br /> 2. The"docks shown encroach into required LMCD side setback <br /> • �areas. ' <br /> 3. The shoreline is shown as drastically altered and relocated <br /> '� with a new seawall, which work requires review and permits <br /> from the City, the Minnehaha Creek Watershed District and <br /> . � the Minnesota Department of Natural Resources. <br /> 4.
