The f o l lowing list of final submittals i. ,ist be submitted to the <br />Zoning Administrator two weeks prior to the regularly scheduled <br />Council meeting on the second and fourth Mondays of the month: <br />Final Plat Submittals <br />A. RECORD PLAT drawings in the form of two (2) mylar copies and <br />one (1) copy reduced to 1"=200'. Drawing to include: <br />a) Lot lines platted per preliminary survey. <br />b) Dedication of "drainage and utility easements" 10' wide <br />along all perimeter property lines and 5' eact side of <br />internal property lines. <br />c) Dedication of additional right-of-way for Woodhill <br />Avenue per City's request to provide area for cul-de-sac at <br />east end. <br />d) Designated wetlands to be shown on the plat as "drainage <br />easements" - wetland within Lots 4 and 5 at 957.8 elevation <br />and wetlands within Lots 2, 3 and 4 at the 960.5 elevation.. <br />e) Designate 20' wide drainage easement over drainageway <br />from pond to south lot line of Lot 3. <br />B. Other documents required: <br />a) Title opinion addressed to the City. All owne:;:Q, <br />mortgage holders or others with property interest indicated <br />therein shall sign the plat and all other documents affected <br />by such interest. <br />1)) The applicants must pro-Ide certified copies of all <br />recorded easements currently affecting the property. <br />c) Execution of the following forms and easments required <br />by the City.
