City Of ORONO <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />NO. <br />A RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND <br />PREPARATION OF PLANS <br />WHEREAS, a resolution of the City Council adopted the <br />12th day of October, 1987, fixed a date for a Council hearing on <br />the proposed improvement of Woodhill Avenue. <br />WHEREi S, ten days' mailed notice and two weeks' <br />published notice of the hearing was given, and the hearin-3 was <br />held thereon on This 23rd day of November, 1987, at which all <br />persons desiring to be heard were given an opporutnity tc be <br />heard thereon. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CGUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF OROVO, MINNESOTA; <br />1. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in <br />the Council resolution adopted 12th day of October, <br />1987. <br />2. Glenn Cook, City Fngineer is hereby designated as <br />the engineer for this improvement. He shall prepare <br />plans and specifications for the making of such <br />improvement. <br />Adopted by the Council this 23rd day of November, 1987. <br />Jame-s R.
