The <br />City has contracted with Albrecht Inc. to place a gravity sewer <br />line to by pass Lift Station #10 and provide sufficient capacity <br />for further development. <br />It is the City's intent to finance the project by placing a <br />connection charge to undeveloped properties that were not <br />previously provided a service stub to the property. It is <br />estimated that the conne :tion charge will be $1,971.62. IP YOO <br />ALREADY HAVE SEWER SERVICE OR A SEWER STDB TO YODR PROPERTY YOU <br />WILL NOT HAVE TO PAY THIS CONNECTION CHARGE. <br />There will be a public information meeting at the Orono <br />Council Chambers, 1275 Brown Road South, on August 14, 1989, 7:00 <br />p.m. for those property owners who may be affected by this <br />proposed connection charge. <br />If you have any questions, please feel free to call me at <br />473-7357. <br />Sincerely, <br />John R.
