Construction <br />of the gazebo is complete. The applicant is requesting to change <br />the location of the proposed 4500 s.f. building. They wish to <br />move the structure to the south side of the lot bordering the <br />small parcel of land owned by Minnetonka Boat Works. By moving <br />the structure to this location, the applicant will be allowed <br />more glass area per the building cede and a commercial use will <br />be located farther from the residential zone.
