Th^ Hennepin Department of Public Works has approved the <br />reloci tion of the curb cut, subject to the following <br />conditions: <br />a) New entrance to be defined by bituminous curbing. <br />b) Existing entrance should be saw-cut or curbed 6-10* <br />from the edge strip from County Road 15. <br />c) New driveway to be between 28-36* wide with 20* <br />radii and shaped to maintain existing drainage pattern. <br />d) An engineer*s drawing reflecting these requirements <br />should accompany the permit application to the County. <br />8. Authorities granted by this resolution run with the <br />property not with the applicant, but are permissive only and <br />must be exercised by application for a building permit <br />within one year of the date of Council approv«il, or this <br />varxance will expire on that date (August 14, 1590). <br />9. Violation of or non-compliance with any of the terms and <br />conditions of this variance shall constitute a violation of <br />the zoning code, shall automatically terminate any authority <br />granted herein, and shall be punishable as a misdemeanor. <br />10. The undersigned applicant has read, understood and <br />hereby agrees to the terms of this resolution and on behalf <br />of himself, his heirs, successors and assigns, hereby agrees <br />to the recording of this resolution in the chain of title of <br />the property. <br />Page 5 of 7
