8989.9 <br />/l770i0£Vr^ <br />ORDINANCE NUMBER , SECOND SERIES <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 62, SECOND SERIES ADOPTED <br />JANUARY 9, 1989, AND ENTITLED "1989 PEE SCHEDULE, ALL SANITARY <br />SENER CONNECTION CHARGES.” <br />The City Council of Orono ordains: <br />Ordinance I^umber 62, Second Series adopted January 9, <br />1989, and entitled ”1989 Fee Schedule, All Sanitary Sewer <br />Connection Charges" is amended to include: <br />ALL SANITARY SEWER CONNECTION CHARGES <br />An additional fee is charged for properties benefitting from 1989 <br />Lift Station 110 By-Pass, as follows (see map for affected area): <br />Property not already having a service stub <br />or paid for sewer in the past. <br />$1,941.62 <br />This ordinance becomes effective upon publication. <br />Passed by the council the 14th day of August, 1989. <br />ATTEST: <br />James R.
