are requesting is the minimum necessary to allow for the reasonable use of our property and is <br />consistent with the intent of the zoning ordinance. <br />Neighborhood Impact and Mitigation <br />We have taken great care to ensure that the proposed improvement will not adversely affect <br />adjacent proper�es. Specifically, the proposed cabana will not impede the lake views of the <br />neighboring property to the east, as the structure is posi�oned toward the street side of the <br />rear yard, well outside the neighbor’s primary line of sight. Addi�onally, the cabana has been <br />sited to preserve open space and maintain the overall visual character of the shoreline. We are <br />commited to being considerate neighbors and believe this improvement strikes a balance <br />between func�onal use of our property and respect for the surrounding community. <br />Conclusion <br />We believe the requested variance is reasonable, minimal, and consistent with the spirit of the <br />zoning code. Approval of this request will allow us to make meaningful use of the property while <br />maintaining the aesthetics and character of the neighborhood.
