Eliminates some extreme setbacks from the <br />equation <br />iii.Minimal impact as this scenario as this layout is not <br />common around the lake <br />b. Cons: <br />i. Allows for building in front of a neighbors homes <br />ii. Setback is still based on neighboring homes <br />iii.Does not fix the challenges with a curvy lakeshore <br />and peninsulas <br />iv.Creates another cumbersome exception to the <br />setback <br />c. Questions <br />i. Is 300' the right number? Will there ever be a right <br />number? <br />ii. Does it serve the purpose for the regulation? <br />
