Pros: <br />i. Creates a measured distance setback from <br />the OHWL <br />ii. Follows the shoreline and could allow for a <br />more uniform building envelope <br />iii. Resolves issues on peninsulas and bays <br />b. Cons: <br />i. Setback is still determined by location of the <br />neighbors <br />ii. Discrepancies in setbacks will continue to be <br />challenging <br />iii.Could allow homes to be built forward of the <br />neighbor's homes impacting views <br />c. Questions: <br />i.
