(2) Retail sales and service stores, offices, at least one loading berth 25 feet in length for each building <br />having 6,000 square feet of floor area or more, plus one additional loading berth 50 feet in length for <br />buildings over 25,000 square feet up to 100,000 square feet. <br />(3) Manufacturing, fabrication, processing and warehousing, at least one loading berth 25 feet in length <br />for each building having 3,000 square feet or fraction thereof, plus one loading berth 50 feet in length <br />for each 25,000 square feet of floor area up to 100,000 square feet, plus one loading berth for each <br />50,000 square feet of floor area over the first 100,000 square feet of floor area.
