All residential site pla�is submitted for the puipose of obtainui;a building permit for construction <br /> of a new residence or expansion of an existing residence shall include"proof-of-drivewa}�'and <br /> "proof-of-�araQ_,e"; i.e.sufficient information to show that the hardcover necessary to accommodate <br /> and serve a conformin�2-stall garage,attached or detached,is available regardless whether such <br /> garage is planned to be constnicted pursuant to such permit. <br /> 6. Site plans shall account for the hazdcover necessaryto provide the minunum landin�or stairway <br /> required by the Buildinj Code for any door openings shown on the building construction plans.The <br /> approval ofUuildin�plans containing door openings on any story shall in no waybe construed as <br /> granting the right to a variance for hardcover to construct a deck at such opening. <br /> 7. Site plaris,driveway and sidewallc proposals which in the opiiuon of the Zonin�Administrator do <br /> not meet the above guidelines shall be rejected. <br /> • 8.
